Canes Storm Montreal, 4-2
Carolina got back in the win column last night with a 4-2 victory vs. Montreal. Eric Cole scored 2 goals, and Justin Williams broke a 2-2 tie in the 3rd period. We had a good time at the game, “Eva J” brought along her friend Kaliah. The Hurricanes next game is Saturday as they host Boston.
Carolina skated with a purpose last night, it was obvious that they were determined to get back to winning. They hustled to the puck, defended fairly well, and outshot Montreal 48-27. I truly believe Carolina is about to go on a bit of a run.

Carolina Falls To Ottawa, 4-1
I wasn’t able to make the game last night so I gave my tickets to my neighbors, Brad and Miranda. From what I’m seeing, the Canes played pretty bad last night, even after getting 4 days rest. I’ll try and get a game report from Brad later this evening….that should be interesting.
No commentsMessage To The NFL
I posted earlier that two of my YouTube Movies had been deleted due to NFL copyright violations. I felt the need to post a response/rant video to the NFL. Since the time that I shot this video (within the hour) another of my videos has been removed from YouTube.
Here is exactly how the removal message reads:
Dear Member:
This is to notify you that we have removed or disabled access to the following material as a result of a third-party notification by National Football League claiming that this material is infringing:
Colts @ Cowboys, Inside the NFL highlites (garagegabs.com):
I was actually more comfortable with this video being removed in comparison to the picks video, because this video contained much more NFL footage. Either way, I guess this means someone with either the NFL or YouTube has actually watched my videos?
In the video, I state that I will continue to post videos that include NFL highlights, but after some research, I probably won’t. I’m not really prepared to be sued over something so minor, but I would like to let my feelings be known about it. I do not think what I did was stealing in any way.
Anyway, here are a few stories on the NFL and their power struggles, followed by my video reply.

2 commentsCanes Back To Winning Ways
The Canes notched a win Friday night with a 5-1 win at Boston. Five Canes scored goals, and backup goalie John Grahame picked up his second win of the year with 25 saves. Carolina returns home Tuesday night to play Ottawa, and I’ll be there.
No commentsCanes Lose Again, Despite 44 Stops From Grahame
Ok, this road trip is starting to get away from Carolina. Tonight, they lost to the Islanders 4-2, despite 44 freakin stops from the backup goalie! The Canes were outshot 48-15 which is pretty scary. You’re not gonna win many games with that ratio. So, just when it looked like the Canes had taken a couple steps foward…….they take two steps back. Funny, how sport sometimes imitates life.

A highlight video I put together a couple years ago. I actually recorded all the highligts in this video with a VCR back in the day.
Check back later for more Cowboys Stuff!

J.C. and I had the privilege of seeing a fantastic hockey game last night. Eric Staal recorded a hat trick and the Canes picked up a couple late 3rd period goals to defeat the Dallas Stars 5-4.

Hey, Sidney Lowe is winning the games he’s supposed to. I don’t have much on this game yet, I’ll have more later. At a quick glance I see Brandon Costner dropped 20 points. This is big for him, as I believe the sky is the limit if he can get his confidence going.
PackPride should have a full box and recap up later, for now I’ll just link the yahoo box.
