Got Super Bowl Tickets?
If you do, maybe you could bid on this girl to go with you. Bids for this got out of hand and it seems E-bay has since removed the item from bidding.
Bears Fans Are Hot, Desperate (With Leather)
No commentsThe Agony Of Dophins Fans
Going into the 2006 season Miami Dolphins fans had high hopes. Miami was coming off a 9-7 campaign, during which they won their last 6 games. They returned future stud running back, Ronnie Brown who had a successful rookie season. They upgraded at quarterback, going from NFL journeyman Gus Frerotte to former All-Pro Daunte Culpepper. A solid, veteran defense returned along with team savior Nick Saban. Much of the hype surrounding the Dolphins involved them over-taking the New England Patriots in the AFC East.

Our Denver Correspondent, Ruben Romero chimes in with some Allen Iverson “man love” and the impact Iverson will have on the Denver Nuggets

Allen Iverson
What does he bring to Denver?
I think A.I. will bring leadership and intensity to the Nuggets! Yes Leadership!!! I know what your thinking, Doesn’t Carmelo lead that team? Yes, but in a different way…Carmelo leads by example (With the exception of one sucker punch). Allen Iverson will be the vocal leader of this team. I believe that A.I. wants a championship more then ever now and is willing to do whatever it takes to win one. For example: Allen Iverson was willing to go play for George Karl who is a Larry Brown guy…These two are very close and coach very similar…For those who have been on Pluto (which is no longer a planet) for the last five years A.I. and Brown could not stand each other in Philly. Also he wants to play with Carmelo so that everything is not on his shoulders. The buzz around the Denver area is ridiculous….even more ridiculous than the Blizzard we just had!!! I am exited about these two greats playing together, it’s just too bad we have to wait 14 more games. Thanks Isiah!!!

A really cool story about a baseball player answering some fan mail over 15 years later. Really makes me remember the innocence of youth. Check it out if you ever had a favorite player, collected baseball cards, or just love sports.

Lil Ronnie was the ultimate Colts fan in 2005. He dropped this video hoping to push the Colts to the Super Bowl. Not sure what his deal is now.
Philadelphia Fans
I’m not sure what it is, but today I’m lashing out at opposing fans. After watching the Sabre fans in action, I started to recall the moronic behavior of many Eagles fans. All you have to do is cruise around YouTube to find Eagles fans showing their hypocrisy. Hey Eagles fans! Donovan McNabb cost you a Super Bowl……not T.O.!!
In all seriousness, this is one of the reasons Eagles fans haven’t been rewarded with a Super Bowl. Karma baby, karma. I do have a kind of respect for Philly fans. They seem to be some of the most knowledgeable fans around, and there is no denying the support they provide when they are doing well. Anyway, check out some of these videos and articles to get a true taste of “Philly Fan”.
Real Men of Genius
OD Chant For Owens (Even though he didn’t “OD”)
Burning Owens Jersey (profanity warning and yes, Eagles fans have discovered fire)
Flyers fan in penalty box (ok, this one wasn’t really totally the fans fault)
A nice article on Eagles fans cheering when Michael Irvin got hurt. (Sorry, I couldn’t find video on this)
“There’s no excuse for what we did”
Last, but not least, an article defending Philly fans.

Well, after the loss to Buffalo last night I started cruising around YouTube, checking out all the Buffalo Sabre fan videos. Seriously, read some of the comments. So much complaining, calling themselves “the real champions” (because of their injuries) and making derogatory comments towards Carolina fans. Then of course, they are relishing their regular season success this year.
Just made me want to go back, and look at this:
I also have a couple of videos from the finals:

The Hurricanes were on their game last night as they shutout the Washington Capitals 5-0. Cam Ward posted his first career regular season shutout, and Eric Cole tallied a hat trick. I was able to attend last nights game along with my good friend Jonathan.
Video from my section (328). A Family Affair. Gives you an idea of the closeness you get from sitting with the same people game in and game out.

This story ran early in 2006, but if you’ve never seen it, it is a MUST SEE, and not just for sportsfans. One of the more heartwarming, reality check moments you’ll ever see in sports. I’m not going to give it away, just watch. Be sure to watch the video on the ride side of the page!
